 Kristen came to DSN Kearney in November 2006 as a Residential Manager, and currently serves as the Case Management Coordinator. Prior to coming to DSN, Kristen completed her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work at Nebraska Wesleyan University. While she completed her degree, Kristen also worked as a community living specialist at DSN Lincoln. As the Case Management Coordinator, Kristen ensures that the medical needs of the people DSN supports are met. She does this by scheduling and tracking all appointments and being the liaison between the locations and the pharmacy. Additionally, she is the chair position of the HLR committee, oversees the training program for Kearney and trains a majority of the courses, completes quality reviews, maintains case management files, assists with the intake process, and attends IPPs and team meetings. Kristen enjoys using her organization skills in her position and looks forward to continue improving the quality of life of others. |
