DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES OF NEBRASKA

Devon came to DSN In January 2006, and currently serves as the Case Management Coordinator. Prior to coming to DSN, Devon was employed by the State of NE as a Service Coordinator.  She also held several positions with both ACT and DSN prior to working for the State of NE such as residential staff, vocational staff, Residential Manager.  As the Case Management Coordinator she oversees the Medical Records Assistant and Case Manager, who ensure that the medical needs of the people DSN supports are met.  Additionally she facilitates the monitoring of Quality Reviews/ IPPs, training as well as attending team meetings.  Devon also handles the intake and/or referral process for individuals new to DSN supports by determining appropriate placement and assisting them in beginning supports with DSN.  Devon looks forward to assisting and increasing the quality of supports and services as well as furthering community involvement for all those DSN supports.
