Denise joined the DSN team in October of 2007. Denise left Nebraska in 2003 after spending three and a half years working as Program Coordinator/Director for Active Community Treatments in Lincoln, which DSN acquired in 2005. Prior to coming back to Nebraska, Denise worked as a QA/QA Director for a Behavioral Health Agency serving children and adolescents in Maricopa County, Arizona. She then moved to Southern California, where she continued her work as a QA/QI Coordinator. Denise comes to DSN with over 15 years of Human Service experience, 9 years in the Developmental Disability System, and 6 years in the Behavioral Health System. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Doane College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Relations. As a Residential Coordinator for the Lincoln Area Program, Denise feels very much at home overseeing several group homes, and mentoring residential managers, and is excited to be a part of the DSN team.
