Cindy Ostrom started working for DSN as a Residential Coordinator in May of 2005. Currently she is Area Director of the Kansas City program. Cindy has had a commitment to working in helping professions since earning her undergraduate degree at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. After earning her Master’s degree in Psychology at the University of Southwestern Louisiana in Lafayette, Cindy worked at Pineville State School in Louisiana. Her temporary “resume building job” turned into a passion for work in the field of developmental disabilities. Cindy has also worked at Bethphage Mission in Axtell, Nebraska. Just prior to working with DSN she was a Services Coordinator with the State of Nebraska at Kearney, Nebraska for 13 years.		Cindy Ostrom - Area Director
